Time + cadence: 50-minute sessions, typically weekly or bi-weekly. We’ll agree on timing, availability, and confidentiality up front so you can focus on doing the work.

Step 2: System

Establish new habits by starting and stopping key actions.

  • Set the target. We define meaningful outcomes across Energy, Work, and Love—and the deeper why that makes them non-negotiable. (Expect WOOP, Best-Possible-Self prompts, and simple success criteria.)

  • Install the system. One habit to start, one to stop, anchored to the time of day you control most. We’ll use “Install/Delete 1-2-3” to make behavior change feel obvious, not heavy.

  • Leverage strengths. We’ll name the virtues you already use at your best (VIA strengths, “Hero Bars”) and deploy them on purpose.

  • Train confidence. You’ll pick a meaningful challenge, use tools to meet discomfort, and track micro-wins to build earned self-trust.

  • Bullet-proof the plan. Every action step gets stress-tested: what, when, first opportunity, likely obstacles, and how you’ll remember—so follow-through becomes your identity.
